august
As the rush of summer begins to soften, August invites us into a deeply restorative Mindful Pause.
Before the rigorous demands of the autumn season arrive, we must create space simply to be. High performance requires periods of complete detachment from productivity. This month, we explore how creating without an agenda can nourish the nervous system.
We will focus on the architecture of inspiration. We will consider how to carve out physical and mental spaces in our lives dedicated entirely to art, music, cooking, and play. August invites a season of spaciousness, unhurried creativity, and soul-level nourishment.
