As the summer reaches its peak, July turns our attention to Radiance & Heat.
The intensity of a D.C. summer requires a shift in rhythm. This is the season to master the art of the "Cooldown." We will explore how to navigate high-energy environments, both the literal heat of the city and the figurative heat of our demanding careers, without burning out.
Guided by Fatima Bardout, we will intentionally slow our pace through a grounding meditation and practical methods like EFT tapping, breathing techniques, and visualization. July invites a season of calculated rest, leaving you with a custom toolkit to navigate uncertainty and sustain your internal cool.

Times of Uncertainty: Ways to Ground in Small Moments

A 20 minute meditation followed by an interactive workshop on introducing methods to ground in times of stress. Everything from EFT tapping, to breathing techniques, and visualization, our meditation guide, Fatima Bardout, will guide you in an interactive workshop so you can walk away with your own custom toolkit to navigate uncertainty when you leave the boutique's doors.

45 minutes of a cooling, restorative flow followed by 15 minutes of intentional conversation and refreshments. A consistent midweek space to bring your heart rate down and reset.
